We use a combination of high-powered steam, water extraction, washing machine and old-fashioned elbow grease.
How long does it take for Pram Spa to clean my pram or a car seat?
Cleaning time varies based on the service and the weather, however it’s usually 2-5 business days.
My pram is impacted by mould. Can you help?
In case your pram is impacted by toxic/black mould, the use of light chemical solution may be required. We do not undertake this treatment without your permission. After this treatment your items will be soaked, washed and thoroughly rinsed again.
Do you offer a guarantee?
We are dedicated to ensuring 100% customer satisfaction. If you aren’t completely satisfied with our service, please contact us within 24 hours from the time of your pick up and we will happily perform the service again at no charge.
Do you clean other baby products (highchairs, baby slings, toys etc.)?
Of course – we can clean almost any baby gear you have. If you don’t see it listed on the menu here, please contact us.
Are your services environmentally friendly?
We use only baby-safe, eco-friendly, non-toxic cleaning products and washable cloth rags rather than paper towels. We also source packaging that is biodegradable.
